The Constitution grants the Governor discretion under Articles 163 and 200, intended as a safety valve. In practice, discretion has widened into government formation, reservation of bills and even summoning of the assembly.

Cooperative federalism, by contrast, treats states as equal partners. When discretionary power is exercised without stated reasons, it converts a constitutional head into a political actor and erodes trust between the Union and the states.

Log out and log back in first; access usually appears within a few minutes. If it still isn't there after 30 minutes, message support from inside the platform with your payment reference and it will be fixed the same day.

Which course should I start with?

If your basics feel shaky, start with the Ancient History course to learn the method (₹199). If you are preparing for Prelims 2027, start with the 30 Themes foundation course and build your year around it.

How does mains answer evaluation work?

You submit your answer on the platform, it gets a first pass against Rupesh Sir's marking scheme, he reviews every copy himself, and it comes back to you within 48 hours with comments and a score.

Can my course validity be extended?

Validity questions are handled case by case. Raise it through support on the platform and you will get a clear answer, not silence.
