Terms & conditions

Power Manthan is an online learning platform operated by Power IAS. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

• Course access is personal to your account and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• Course validity is stated on each course page at the time of purchase.
• Recording, downloading by unauthorized means, or re-uploading platform content (videos, notes, tests, evaluated copies) is prohibited and leads to account termination without refund.
• Prices and course contents may change; changes never affect purchases already made.
• We may suspend accounts involved in abuse of other students, staff, or the platform.

Privacy policy

We collect only what running the platform needs: your name, contact details, exam preferences, and your activity on the platform (test attempts, submitted answers, doubts asked). We use this to deliver your courses, evaluate your work, and improve the teaching.

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• Payment processing is handled by the payment gateway; we do not store card details.
• Your submitted answers and doubts are visible to Rupesh Sir and the teaching team for evaluation and mentoring.
• You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support.

Refunds & cancellation

Digital course content is accessible immediately after purchase, so refunds are limited by nature. Here is the honest version:

• If a payment was debited but course access was not granted, and support cannot fix it within 72 hours, you get a full refund.
• Duplicate payments for the same course are refunded in full.
• Once course content has been accessed, purchases are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
